Troubleshooting
This chapter lists solutions to common problems you may encounter when using the myCADtools tool suite:
- Registration problem when uninstalling or reinstalling SOLIDWORKS
- Error message - Unable to create ActiveX component
- SelectFileAndFolder remains frozen when a file is inserted
- The SmartCounter interface is empty
- Uninstalling myCADtools is very slow
- "Error 27553" on setup installation
- "myCADpassport.exe" is not marked for installation

- The add-on is visible but cannot be activated
