Identifier of the :

The file identifier is defined in the column (see Definition of Excel data).

There are three possibilities:

          


When using 'Full path' you can start with the trunk view by starting with

Changed configuration :

         -All configurationsIf you click on a tab, all the tabs of the map will be filled with the same value.

-Configuration defined in the Excel columnIf you do not have a new configuration, only the configurations defined in the Excel file will be updated.

The name of the column containing the name of the configurations is mandatory in this case.


 


Type of change :

-With version socketEach document in the Excel file will be extracted, modified and archived and a version will be taken.

There are the following options:

       

   


-Without versioningIf the file is not modified in the Excel file, each document present in the Excel file will be modified directly in SQL database, the file is not modified in .


Limitation for use via SQL :

If you are using attributes mapped with SOLIDWORKS properties, the SOLIDWORKS properties must not exist in the file because it takes precedence over the properties in the file to inform them about the maps.

If the properties exist when the file is archived, will overwrite the values you entered with DataRecovery.


Revision Update :

 

This option allows you to update the revisions via one of the Excel columns.


Create non-existent files via :

 

This option allows you to create files in PDM with the attributes defined in the Excel file thanks to a column containing the name of the model defined in DataRecovery.
