Zoom to full screen on each document:

This option allows you to zoom in to full screen on all documents before converting them.

You can choose which view to zoom in on.

Change the color of documents:

This option allows you to change the color of SolidWorks documents.

Use a delay after opening a drawing:

This option allows you to add a delay when opening drawings.

In this example, the conversion of drawings will begin 15 seconds after each drawing larger than 3 MB is opened.

This allows SolidWorks, when creating drawings of large assemblies, to fully load the drawing before starting the conversion.

Analyze SOLIDWORKS crashes and force the program to close every ... seconds:

This option automatically detects a random SOLIDWORKS crash and allows you to continue the conversion by closing the active, frozen session.

Open SOLIDWORKS in full-screen mode:

By default, conversions run in a minimized SOLIDWORKS session that opens in the upper-left corner of the screen. If you check this option, SOLIDWORKS will automatically open in full-screen mode before converting the documents.

Force the conversion even if not all references can be retrieved locally:

Even if the file cannot be retrieved locally, the conversion proceeds as usual, and this information is noted in the report.

Open the drawings in Layout mode:

This option allows you to open SOLIDWORKS drawing files in overlay mode to improve document opening performance:

Separator and identifier for multi-sheet or multi-configuration documents:

For numbering or sheet name/configuration, you can specify the separator

In the PDF, JPG, TIF, and DXF drawing options window, if the "Export all sheets to separate files" option is selected, the DocPublication utility automatically manages the name of each file by adding the sheet number to the file name (e.g., Name-01, Name-02, Name-03, etc.).

This option allows you to choose the separator for the generated file names.

If you want to customize the location, configuration name, or sheet name, you can use the "Defined in naming rules" option; in this case, include the configuration name or sheet name directly in the naming rules.

Selecting a SolidWorks version:

The SOLIDWORKS version is selected in the myPDMtools General Options.
