In the tasks, the principle is to add to the model of the defined document set, the files that are present in the task.

To add them in the groups of the document bundle we use an advanced document addition bookmark

 


Thanks to this bookmark, you can automate the addition of documents in the groups defined in the template.


To create an advanced document bookmark you need :


    1. Editing the Model Documentary Package


    1. Click on the icon 'Add advanced documents'.

 


    1. Define addition rules in groups

 


    1. Click on to save the favorites (enter the same name if you want to update it)

 


    1. Cancel advanced document addition and close the bundle



Attention : If you test the favorite in the model, remember to save the favorite as the conditions in memory are not used when using it in a task.

Also think about delete the addition of advanced document in the template, otherwise it will always be exported
