In tasks, the principle is to add the files contained in the task to the defined document bundle template.

To add them to groups in the document bundle, use the "Advanced Document Addition" bookmark.

 


Using this bookmark, you can automate the process of adding documents to the groups defined in the template


To create an advanced document-add bookmark, you must:


    1. Edit the sample document package


    1. Click the "Advanced Document Upload" icon

 


    1. Define the rules for adding membersto groups

 


    1. Click on To save the bookmark (enter the same name if you want to update it)

 


    1. Cancel the advanced document upload and close the package



Note: If you test the favorites in the template, be sure to save them, because the settings stored in memory are not used when the template is used in a task.

Also remember to remove the "Advanced Document Upload" field from the template; otherwise, it will always be exported.
